Our journey with Vedica began in a collaborative meeting with Deepa Kumar and Nandini Bagai in December 2021. What initiated as an effort to enhance employability for Vedica Scholars has now evolved into a robust "Learning Track," sculpted with insights from leaders like Pramath Raj Sinha, Anuradha Das Mathur, and Ruchi Mahajan.

Vedica breaks away from the traditional B-school mold with its Multiple Learning and Skilling Tracks—Management, Liberal Arts, Communications, Personal Growth, Career and Development. It is a refreshing departure from the outdated "Approved MBA course" mindset, redefining the essence of management education.

A true innovation lies in the "Shadow Mentor Program," where Vedica Scholars shadow accomplished women leaders globally, gaining invaluable insights into leadership, growth, and management. This departure from the conventional MBA internship allows students to see role models in action, learning firsthand from industry luminaries.

In a closely-knit collaboration, MBAtrek and Vedica conduct hybrid placement preparation sessions. This unique approach blends one-on-one and online interactions, focusing on honing problem-solving and analytical skills through real-world scenarios. Mock interviews, detailed feedback, and personalized guidance on resumes and LinkedIn profiles redefine the preparation process.
